As a third generation realtor, Kelly has a unique
perspective on the ebbs and flows of the real estate market. In her position as a Managing Broker for Coastal Sotheby's
International Realty, she brings this perspective, plus creativity, flexibility, professionalism and attention to detail to
Sotheby's associates and clients. She believes in collaboration, teamwork and a standard of excellence to achieve the highest
level of client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Coastal Sotheby's International Realty in 2012 as Managing Broker, Kelly marketed and sold luxury golf and waterfront properties for nearly
a decade. She also managed an on-site sales project of high-end condominiums in Palm Beach Gardens. Prior to her sales career in Florida, Kelly sold real
estate in Colorado.
Kelly has also cultivated an extensive professional background in the marketing and advertising arenas by attaining both a BS in Business Administration from
Appalachian State University in North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Denver. She finds that combining this background with real estate gives her
a depth of business sense that compliments her career in real estate.
